Super convenient bar code scanner. Lots of options under food and exercise make it really accurate to what you are doing. Love that you can add in your own recipes to count there's even some suppliments available. The only way this could be better is if it tracked your vitamin intake as well, but i love that it breaks down what you are eating by fats, carbs, and proteins. Downloaded the app last summer and didn't really get into it. Anyway felt the need to keep an eye on my diet this and am really loving this app. I am trying the basic app rather than the subscription and so far so good
Really love this app. Easy interface. Useful notification for meals update and water drinking but not annoying. The variety of food in app is more than others, especially Asian food.
I've used it for the diary and water intake. I like the calorie count, gives you a good idea on intake. So far it's ok would like upgrade to get different plans just not fezable right now. Figure out how to make adjustments in the free version for keto, the diary is the best part. Just wish they had more nutritional value of foods.
It says you have to upgrade to premium to get recipes that's dumb. Otherwise it's a great app.
The app is easy to use and keeps me on track with calories and water which can be useful if your like me and over eat and don't drink enough water. It even cheers you on if you're doing good!
