This app is really great at keeping track of calorie intake. And it connects with several different types of exercise accessories and apps (Samsung health, etc.), so you're workouts/steps are easily transferred. Beautiful interface. The weekly updated life score is great at showing where you need to improve and what areas you are excelling at. I also love that I can track my weight on a graph. Just lovin' it!
Bug free app. Works perfect in this imperfect app development these days integrates with other app good. I would like life sum to develop their own tracker app Instead of integrating to other app for tracking at least for premium user.
Great App, I love how I can conncect it to everything and can find mostly all of the foods I eat. I just wish there were better ways to record calisthenics and weight Training in reps instead of minutes. So far so good though.
I really like this app. It does have some problems, though. Often times, when I use the barcode scanner, the information for the product is actually wrong. I also do not like that it always tell me I need to eat more fish, even though I have said multiple times in the diet plan quiz that I am vegetarian. Lastly, the amount of protein it recommends is way too high in my opinion ... That last bit is disputable, though.
This app is a nightmare to work with. The idea is great, but the execution is awful. 1) Meals can't be moved between folders. For example, if you want to move a meal/recipe to or from your "favorites" folder, you have to rewrite the whole meal/recipe. 2) Sometimes when I tap "save" after updating a meal, the app doesn't actually save any of the changes I make. Even if I delete the old version and rewrite the whole thing from scratch. It just reverts back to the old version. Why?! 3) Almost everything is locked behind a paywall. The only thing the free version of this app is good for, is counting calories, and there are so many other apps that do that so much better. The app constantly -and I mean constantly- reminds you of all the cool features you could be enjoying, if you just give them your money. TL;DR: It's buggy, unintuitive, and most of the features are locked behind a paywall.
It's expensive, and without even the tiniest trial period. Also might I suggest the notifications be a bit more relevant and honest? Telling me that I'm making good progress when I've been ignoring the app for a week and gained 2kg feels a bit dumb.
Could you give up red meat for a day? How about a week? Or a month? Time to put your habits where your mouth is. Try the brand new red meat timer to see how many days you can stay green. Share your scores with friends and see if you can beat your own record - who knows what you're capable of!
Remember our Life Score? It's had a makeover. Gone are the days of the Health Test; your score is now calculated based on the food and exercise you track. Not bad huh?
Don't waste time, go give it a try.
