Prettier than MyFitnessPal but just as broken. The data is much worse, and fixing bad nutritional info is hard/buggy. I submitted a bug because I was unable to fix bad nutritional data - the energy value always erroneously fails validation - and there hasn't been a fix several months later. If you're not simplifying calorie counting by providing convenient data l, in convenient units, serving sizes, and so on, then you're wasting your time. I regret paying money for this.
The only reason for a 3 * rating is because I like feel the plans the calorie counter but I believe this should be a free app it's supposed to promote healthy behaviors. If you don't make it free at least make it a better exp for the free user.
I love the app ...I've paid for a months help & have gone on to 5.2 diet. My question is when i'm on a 500 cal day & do exercise it tells me to eat more??? Surly if i'm on 500 cal day i should be sticking to 500 cal.
Easy to use and I like how it shows you the daily recommended amount of Carbs, Protein and Fat. And when it let's you know when you exceed the amount. Logging water is easy. It connects to pedometer apps so it'll take calories burnt walking. ALOT of workouts listed and what it would typically burn within the time duration you give. Only complaint would be the premier teases to get you to buy dumb bonuses like recipes you can find for free on pinterest
So happy with this app. I have made significant health changes and goals from having it. Will be upgrading to the premium version, although I wish there was a free trial of it to assure my satisfaction. Download this app and change your life!
I really like this app because it's very easy to use and effective. However, some of the information can be somewhat inaccurate and you need the update to do certain things that can be rather significant and useful which is frustrating but other than that its a great app.
