Very hard to make a reservation. Incredibly poor, unfriendly, inefficient interface! User has to endure enormous frustration hunting and pecking on a trial and error basis for a date/time combination that works! Some dates/times are already crossed out/greyed out. Fair enough, we get that. But then why do so many dates/times that are not crossed out/greyed out return an error message when you select them? (And, for that matter, after a delay.) What a freakin' mess.

best rental ever! custom service and readiness to accommodate unlike any other rental companies I've ever dealt with. they send someone to pick you up right at the airport terminal and drop you off as well. and NO time wasted with pick up and drop off, all together 10 minutes experience. not to mention cars safe for you and your family on any highway

The app works fine and is easy to use. Silvercar used to be my favorite car rental agency because they were different than every other company. For example, before, you could drive through toll booths and pay only the cost of the toll with no administration fee. Now they charge a fee. Before they would only charge you a $5 fee in addition to the fuel cost if you returned the car without fueling up, now they charge a $10 fee. They're slowly becoming just like every other car rental company.

Silvercar has not raised its fill up-fee price since launch in 2012. It is now necessary for us to raise the fee to cover our operational costs associated with continuing to provide this hassle-free re-fueling benefit to our customers. This will allow Silvercar to continue delivering a seamless service our customers have grown to expect.
