I tried to open a time deposit acc via the app. It worked just fine at first. So i opened a new time deposit again, but the interest was not added after the end of period, just the automatic roll over that worked.. Now just decided to close all my time deposit. Kinda useless to put my money in there

Why did I always got blocked by the app? I put the right pin and password tho. My internet connection is good as well. The app not working. Kinda useless. Resolve the problem pls, it really bothers me.

sometimes when the connection is bad then the application thinks you entered the wrong pin. after 3x then the account is blocked
