THE WORST MOBILE BANK THAT I EVER SEEN, 1. Very complicated and many trouble when I register, there are no solutions although I was chat with CS. 2. I always have to verify OTP code when I doing transactions and it's make my pulse decrease, Why don't you use Whatsapp to send OTP so it's free or use pasword that I write when I register? 3. My transaction doesn't always done (canceled), I don't know why. then I have to start begin transaction again and it use my pulse again of course (Very bad🤮)

I updated the app just 1 minute ago then I tried to create deposit account but it needed SMS otp to continue. It was annoying. Why'd we need otp? Usually it was easy which is you just put your PIN. Now it feels expensive

After update the newest version, it's worst. Many time I need to fix easy pin. I've entry the all data but still not work.
