After the most recent update, the app won't start / load up. It shows the home screen for a second then just closes / crashes. I'm on Android 13, MIUI 14.0.5 (Redmi K40). Please help?

I couldn't sign in because I forgot my password, but when I tried multiple times to reset the password, I hadn't received OTP in my email since then. Please help update: problem solved👍🏻 I texted Bank Sinarmas Care and they gave me some tips
