This app is full of silly and repeated glitches. Regrettably, not even Simbapay understands the problems let alone how to fix them. It asks customers to help it sort the issues. Simbapay probably tried to do it on the cheap and ended up with the mess. Get an expert to do you a better app, or you would soon be out of business. That's damn good advice, and you're pretty lucky to get it for free!

I have been the user of the service for very long time and what really troubles me is that the exchange rate is very very poor compared to others. when you send the money through Express it seems to be taking long time for a recipient to to receive the payment at one point I had to call their customer service to find out what's going on.

Below expectation. The app keeps on asking for an upload of documents yet they already have them plus all the information about someone. Even entering simple things like birth date is a problem. It takes forever to load in, and the money sending is only allowed in multiples of 100. This is a curious arrangement.
