Reduce the risk of infecting yourself and others by wearing the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and practicing proper hand hygiene. EVS Coach: PPE Challenge places you in the role of an environmental services technician (EVS) who is tasked with cleaning 5 rooms before time runs out. Room cleaning is about much more than simple housekeeping. EVS techs are on the front line in the fight against hospital infections. Practice proper PPE donning and doffing protocol to help your hospital stop the spread of infection.
PPE Challenge focuses on the moments where making the right decisions regarding PPE and hand hygiene can eliminate the spread of infection. The game features:
-5 rooms to demonstrate mastery of PPE and hand hygiene concepts.
-Random contact, droplet, and airborne precautions to consider for each room.
-Pager interruptions that have to be addressed during room cleaning.
-High resolution 3D environments.
-Badge earning and saving when a Skill Arcade account is created.

EVS Coach: PPE Challenge along with all games in the EVS Coach series contains simplified aspects of environmental services training. The games are intended to be used as part of a larger training curriculum and, as such, are not complete representations of all aspects of environmental services work. Mastery of gameplay does not certify a player to perform work as a hospital employee.
