Transactions are frequently posted out of order, causing overdraft so they can try to make money in fees. App is out of service and useless multiple times a month, sometimes for 24+hrs at a time where you can't access your accounts. Text notifications are frequently hours or even DAYS behind. Looking for a new bank at this point. EDIT: I've brought this up with Simmons multiple times since they bought my local bank a few years ago and can never get a straight response.

I made a bill payment and it said "processing" for the longest time. After a few minutes, I logged out and then back in. I checked to see if the payment had gone through and it hadn't. So I made the payment. Got up today and both payments went through. I called Simmons and they say there is nothing they can do. This app sucks and Simmons not offering to help with THEIR error has me pondering when to close my account and go elsewhere.

If you enjoy checking your balance multiple times a day, even though you've performed transfers with the app and performed ATM deposits, because the balance won't or can't update, then love arguing with the bank only to have them snatch fees out of you, then this is the app for you! Unreliable. Not worth a darn. After three instances of this (and the previous versions) costing me money since the bank takeover, I'm done with this bank.
