Ratings and reviews

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is warranted. This used to be one of my favorite smart apps for garage control and have been using it since 2017 but now it's pretty much useless. Just Drive and notifications have been broken for months and these features were essential on a daily basis. I don't know what happened and even though customer service is polite and responsive, I haven't gotten much answers lately except for "our devs are looking into it". 😕

Latest update broke the app. Crashes immediately upon opening. Please fix! At least provide a link to the previous version. UPDATE: For folks experiencing the instant crash, it seems the bug associated with location services. Clear your app cache and your memory. Re-log in, but don't enable location services. "Just drive" won't work, but otherwise the app will stay open and function.

Notifications and reminders haven't worked for over 2 months now. Was told the app was not working with the new Samsung s23 phone update and was being worked on. So far nexx has had 4 updates to the app. Was keeping my hope up for it to be fixed. Still, not receiving notifications or reminders. The app works just fine to open and close the door. And within the app it shows the door is opened or closed. It just won't send notifications. All notifications within the app and phone are set to on
