Here’s How Simpl Works:
Simpl generates bills twice each month. On 15th, you receive the bill for your purchases/payments between 1st and 15th. Likewise, on 30th/31st, you receive the bill for purchases/payments made from 16th to 30th/31st. You can pay even before your bill arrives by logging in to your account.

Simpl charges a penalty of up to INR 250 excluding GST in case of consistent non-payment of bill on due dates. However, if you inform Simpl of any issues, no charges will be levied.

Bad customer support. I have been using for the last 5years or more haven't ever seen such a weird customer service. Recently experienced an issue with the bill repayment. I have mailed around 18-19 times in a loop but nothing is happening, No proper responses, they are going to pause my account within 3-4days if not paid ,but as I try to pay always there's an issue poping out that something went wrong. There's no other option to make repay as well. Really bad.

The experience with the simpl is very good and I appreciate you for that. From payment experience to everything, it's smooth. But the UI needs an overhaul. This is 2022. The app looks very old and needs a huge leap. (-1) I would request you to introduce bill payment once a month instead of twice. It would add more value to customers' financial journey. You could also introduce credit test before enabling this option. But, it's needed. (-1) Your Simpl Reward System is very complex.

Simpl is a great app for faster payments and bills payment but it only provides credit of 20 days without interest..so if it increases it's credit period without interest then it will be great and also it gives offers only for the first order on the apps...but what about others because persons like me prefers to pay via Amazon pay later or Flipkart pay later as they provide offers to attract the customers and they always tries to make pay-later useful to the customer.
