The guided meditations are easy to follow and great for beginners who are getting into the practice of meditation.

This meditation thing actually works! This is coming from me, a cynic by nature. If you allow yourself to listen to the instructor, thia will work for you.
While I've only used the free sessions so far, I like the tone and feel of the guided sessions. A lot of time and effort has gone into developing Simple Habit and it shows.
I've tried a few other apps, but I love this one best. I've never paid for an app before... and this one will definitely be my first! My days are changed...in a wonderful way. Thank you!!
The simplicity and the quality of each and every single session, is what I like the most about this app. The way each and every single session is organized and the way the instructors present them is what encourages me to keep on doing more of these sessions. Thank you "Simple Habit team" for taking such a big step in making quality meditation sessions available to every corner of the world, for making such a wonderful app and also for showing us that Meditation can also become a hobby! Thanks so much for trying out Simple Habit! So great to hear this - happy meditating :) I really like the mediations sessions for all scenarios and duration. and the additional podcast for advance learning. However, the app is buggy where the consecutive days streak is forever at 1 day. It will be awesome if this can be fixed. Thanks. :) Motivation is just as important.
This was the first app that I tried and I stick with it because it's extremely well structured and comprehensive. Thanks to their sensational -50% offer I committed myself for a whole year. Absolutely recommended, not only for the meditation sessions but also for the podcasts that present truly valuable facts on life.

Simple, relaxing, private, comforting, safe. I'm s beginner, but finding meditation very easy and comforting. Thank you.
Great way to quiet the mind in bite size chunks of time.
SO CLOSE to amazing, but has some critical flaws. Pros: -Amazing Selection -Amazing Quality meditations and audio -Beautiful UI Cons: -NO SEARCH! I should be able to search "sleep" or "waves" or "birds" and get results, not have to scroll through a bunch of tiles to find what I want. -The app does not tie into the Android audio player framework, this means you cannot leave the app. -While audio continues to play when the screen is locked or app is closed, the playback stops after a few seconds. -Unable to play pause from the lock screen,headphones,or anywhere else. Fix the audio playback issues and you get my money every single month.
Nice app, but I agree with prior reviews about error messages until you restart app, no search function and inability to play while app is closed or you are on lock screen. Ease fix those items and I will subscribe monthly
Really enjoying the meditations, thank you! I also receive an error message when playing a meditation until I kill the app and restart. Fix this and you'll get the extra star.
I'd started meditating a couple of months ago, and I like to think I've gotten good at it. This app has helped me remain consistent with the daily alerts, and I also love that it has the options for 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes of meditation. Fits perfectly throughout my day.
