Through our App home buyers will be able to:
-use the calculators to estimate their monthly payments
-print a pre-qualification letter to be used when submitting an offer on a home
-track the progress of their loan application
-submit documents directly to their loan officer and team
-communicate directly and quickly with their loan officer and realtor

Through our App realtors will be able to
-use the calculators to estimate how much a home a borrower can afford before scheduling or showing a home
-track the progress of the borrower’s loan application

My wife and I had a horrible experience with them. The o ly reason we know of them is because the home builder, Elmwood homes, requires you to get a pre-approval with their preferred lender. Our builder was amazing, but when it came to this mortgage lender, thank God we already had our premium lender working for us. This lender tried to lock us in only days away from closing at an interest rate of 7.5%. NO THANK YOU.
