The app links very clearly to texted and emailed links from my providers. The interface is more visually focused on my phone. On my computer it has been unclear if there is a full screen option and I haven't wanted to waste time during an appointment with the provider to discover it. The app does feel simple and self-explanatory, but there is occasional legs in communication which can be challenging for conversation. The leg in audio and visual has been mild: less than one second & not constant.

This app has been a great resource for my therapy. Its convenient and useful, and I prefer the versatility of carrying my phone with me, rather than having to pull out and use my computer to access my appointment. Of course, there are the occassional issues with the connection. But they are no more than your average communication app. To expect it to be absolutely infalliable every use is ridiculous. But overall this is a great app and I highly recommend it.

The flexibility to receive services from anywhere is ideal, but this app loses audio frequently and today I can't log in due to a "bug" the developers have to fix. This detracts from the convenience of the service when my sessions are cut short or can't happen at all. Overall, I'm not a fan of this app.
