The app is good for video calls for the most part the annoying thing about it is that it freezes quite a bit and sometimes the call will drop or voice will echo which can be very frustrating at times.It's not a bad app but I feel there needs to be more work on it to make it work better. I've tried wifi on it and with out wifi and it still had these issues. That's why I give it a 3 stars instead of a 1 star. If these issues could be fixed it wouldn't be so bad.& I would definitely change it to 5⭐

The app links very clearly to texted and emailed links from my providers. The interface is more visually focused on my phone. On my computer it has been unclear if there is a full screen option and I haven't wanted to waste time during an appointment with the provider to discover it. The app does feel simple and self-explanatory, but there is occasional legs in communication which can be challenging for conversation. The leg in audio and visual has been mild: less than one second & not constant.

Very good quality of call, sound and video. Only down side is if you are on mobile and you need to switch to a different app, the call can freeze. Its not a major problem as you can just switch back to get it working again but if trying to access say a calendar to schedule the next session it can be problematic.
