The app runs smoothly when in session. I am exclusively using it on a mobile device, though, as such I do have one critique. When I need to access my calendar to schedule future appointments I can't minimize the app while keeping it active so that my session does not end. It would be very helpful to be able to minimize (not close) the app so that I can access my calendar for scheduling from within the appointment.

Once it's connected the video and audio are fine, but I've had a lot of trouble connecting to a session, and even reinstalling the app didn't help. Usually we give up and use Google Meet or something similar. Today I switched to another app for a few seconds and switched back, and I got disconnected from the session and it took several attempts and a few minutes in order to get reconnected. Zoom and Google Meet are much better at connecting reliably.

Notifications are often missing the link. The app won't work without an appointment link, and there's no way to adjust the settings. Once the video session is in progress, connection is lost when I try to open my calendar to schedule the next appointment. And the audio quality is terrible unless it's connected to a separate Bluetooth device. Just playing from my phone I have to hold it to my ear in order to hear, unlike Zoom, where you can hear just fine.
