Over the years, I've had 2 SimpliSafe systems, set up at 2 different homes, with 2 sets of hardware, and at least 2 phones. It has been a few years now, and I have never, ever experienced 2 months of trouble-free operation. There is always some type of issue. Random software issues with cameras, or a device has to be reset, reconnected, or replaced.

Lied to about moving me to their 'Standard Plan' which no longer have push notifications/text messages. I've been on their standard plan for 7+ years (started out at $14.99, increased to $17.99 then $19.99 and $21.99 soon) and always had the ability to receive push notifications and text messages from the app. They keep increasing prices and removing features and now lying to customers. They say we never should have had the option to receive those notifications. I've had SAME PLAN for 7yr.

Tech support is wonderful, no matter how small or big you think your problem is. They are there. And methodically resolve your issue(s) 6 stars out of 5. when you're away and you want to to view your home from the inside cameras or outside cameras, the app conveniently through the phone, allows you to see it in living color. what do you have one or several. you can bring up each of the cameras individually, as well as, being able to hear the noises in the home.
