Recently purchased my second system to protect a second location. I'm always amazed at how easy it is to configure a system to exactly meet my needs, regardless of complexity. And, based on personal experience over the last six years, their monitoring service is 5 star in every respect. Their texts to notify of an alarm are practically instant and the call to my cell phone follows within seconds. Now I can update firmware and make system control modifications all from my cell phone app.

I paid a fortune to.keep an old wired system for far too long which finally basically died on me. I had heard of SimpliSafe and rather than go to a much more expensive alternative I decided to try it. This was about 8 months ago. So easy to install and user friendly. Only downsize is you have a bigger cost up front buying the equipment, but you quickly break even and are ahead cost-wise vs the big boys' costs of monthly rentals and fees. 5 stars!

If you have a mesh network, don't buy these cameras. Even SS says they don't work well.The App is laggy, can't move a slider in the videos to see things, you can only use the 10sec skip. App is always crashing, and high battery usage. Drains the battery Camers are always disconnecting, sensors are not responding. For how much everything is I expected better quality. Connecting to live cameras is always slow. Outdoor cameras just show a blk screen when going live.
