$5 off first order placed online was a joke. i clipped the coupon and started to process my first order. i had to restart order 4 times before check out because coupon wouldn't apply. thought maybe if I follow process all the way to end it will come off. nooope. got charged full amount. not cool

Improvement from the last app. It's dumb that the app doesn't tell me that guest checkout isn't supported BEFORE I make the order. I wasted time making an order just to get a message that I can't place it as guest.

If I could give the App zero stars, then I would. 2 weeks ago I added a significant amount of money to fund my account, the next day my account was paused/closed. Support has been anything but supportive, and so now I must pursue a charge back. Shame because I love Simply Salad. Next time I see the owners I will suggest they drop Level Up.
