I received the frame as a gift. I can no longer receive pictures because when I try to send pictures to the frame it says "cloud photo frame has expired, please renew it if you continue". For over a year now I've been trying to renew. When I click "renew" it give me my frame Id number and says "this feature is under development please wait". I've been waiting over a year! Otherwise I like the frame but would like it a lot better if it would accept new pictures, and no it's not full!

App doesn't work. I've had this frame for about 6 months and I really enjoyed it, but now the app won't load...it just shows it continuously clocking. I've tried closing the reopening, I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again...nope, doesn't work. I can't send any pictures to my frame, which makes this a very poor product if it's not fixed soon.

I was gifted this frame for mother's day and was excited to start adding photos. I got about 150 shared to the frame, and now I am unable to add more. The app freezes every time i open it and says there are no pictures to add, showing a loading screen. I've tried emailing photos instead but that hasn't worked either. I had it for less than a say before it started glitching. Very disappointing.
