Staten Island Muay Thai is a Martial Arts & Fitness Gym. We are dedicated to teaching Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Strength & Conditioning. We offer classes for kids, teens, adults. Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu are the two main components in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). Some of the benefits of martial arts are respect, focus, weight loss, stress relief, increased strength, self defense, self respect, and self confidence. Sparring, fighting, and competing is completely optional. You will never be pressured or forced into it. SIMT is a bully free gym where everyone comes to learn. When you train at here you become part of our team, part of our family, and we are respectful of one another. We do not allow our egos to get in the way of our training and we do not intimidate each other or those that come in looking for a place to call home.
