Ratings and reviews

This app has potential and currently offers more languages than other apps. This is the only app I found that offers every language I am studying (for example Thai and Urdu are not common on other apps like Duolingo). Mondly also offers many languages but it will not teach you the writing system. I also didn't really like the Mondly UI. However, Ling UI is buggy and cannot properly size the text for a Google Pixel phone. The last letter is cut off all words and there is no resizing option.

I wanted to use it to learn Kannada from Hindi, but the app has many issues, making it unsuitable for that purpose: 1. It contains many translation errors. 2. Sometimes the text and the pronunciation don't match. 3. There are no explanations. It just has drills for memorizing words. The UI is good, though.

I love the audio and sentence quality, bite-sized lessons, and fun dialogues at the end of each lesson. However, it would be beneficial to be able to review vocab at the end of the unit or multiple units. As it is, the reviews are unit by unit and are merely lists of vocab. Even simple multiple choice would be a massive improvement. I look forward to this feature in future updates. Update: thank you to the developer for considering this feature!
