We are delighted to share that we are building a new SingaporeAir mobile app. Before we release it to all our customers, we would like to share a Beta version to get your feedback.
What is the SingaporeAir App Beta?
We embarked on this project to build a new and revamped SingaporeAir mobile app, with a goal to develop an app that focuses on user experience to offer you greater convenience as you travel with Singapore Airlines.
We are constantly enhancing our app and the feedback that you provide helps us to identify issues and plan for new product features and improvements for the upcoming releases. Your feedback is valuable to us, and can help shape our app to provide a better user experience.
What can I expect from the beta app?
We made changes based on extensive user research to redesign the features in our app. For the initial release, we concentrated on a smoother experience for flight search, flight booking and check-in. In future versions, we aim to introduce more revamped features of the Singapore Airlines app that focuses on improving the user interface of the app for our customers.
Our Beta app may not have all the functionalities as compared to the commercially released app, but we are continuously working to enhance its functionality. For any other app services that you may require, you may continue to use the commercially released Singapore Airlines app on the Play Store.
Features planned for future versions
• New KrisFlyer profile dashboard and redemption booking
• Multi-city flight search and promo code discounts
• Integration to Apple and Google for payment and saving of boarding passes and digital cards to wallet
