Ratings and reviews

It was great and convinient using this app. but these days I wondered why some of times I open it there's this popping up saying ' SEND BUG REPORT TO Mi ANALYSIST' and there's option "CANCEL" and "REPORT" on downpart and even I clicked any of these options this bug report keeps on popping until I just ignoring it and I noticed sometimes the app is coming to normal which i really still don't get what it was and what it's for.Its really annoying and very un-usual

Fantastic app, works very well. The only very enoying is this pop-up on the start page, which every time you have to close, you wanna pay> close pop-up first, you wanna reload> close pop-up first,... Remove this pop-up for 5 Stars, or replace it with a small banner at the bottom, but don't block the main screen.

This app is working just fine until lately... I was having a hard time withdrawing my money and prompted me to seek assistance using their messenger account since their hotline doesn't have a representative to attend me after several attempts to contact them. I was so pissed with their suggested solution... in order for me to withdraw my minimal amount of money, they ask me to top up first more than the amount I want to withdraw!!! 😠😠😠 What's more irksome thing is they are rushing me to it!
