for the amount of money for this camera, the app and connection is trash. It has had more issues than it's been working at this point. if you dont use a Garmin compatible device or other chart plotter and give up a screen, the "bnc" displays available are junk unless you spend more money than the camera itself. if you want to be better, offer customers a solution for a waterproof display that's not a chart plotter. Also, it stopped working after 1 season, so trash.

Downloaded the app to use for Opsin, now that it is compatible but every time I try and open it, it asks for location permissions (I have already granted them) and when I click the tick, it closes the app. Have tried reinstalling, have tried turning off VPN and restarting after install, with no luck.

This app is junk. I've tried everything the support page has said, and it still won't find my Aurora. Sionyx needs to revisit how the app connects. So until it's addressed, just I can't use those functions. May change later if they fix it after I submit a ticket.
