SIPAE is the Integrated Payroll System for State agents, established by project note No. 0281/MBCPPP-CAB of July 11, 2023 by the Minister in charge of the Budget, Public Accounts and Public Portfolio.
The project was launched to meet the needs of the General Budget Directorate and the Pay Directorate in relation to the pay of state agents.
