Excellent app, service & products that give me peace of mind about the status of my boat & all of critical systems aboard! Has saved me a lot of time & effort multiple times by giving me early detection & warning of potential problems such as bilge pump failure, low batteries, high water, etc. Also an amazing support team that is super responsive and helpful. Will upgrade review to 5 stars once a few features are added/fixed, esp. wireless bilge pump sensors getting same alert config as wired.

Inconsistent performance of wireless sensors. I wasted many hours trying to get sensors to work - after many weeks of frustration, I contacted support only to be told 'yes, we are experiencing issues but we have a programmer working on it and it will be sorted out very soon - days / week at most' That was in Sept / Oct 2018. This is Feb 2019 and we are still having 'issues'. Now the icon has disappeared and I have no way to access the app.

App won't connect my subscription with my unit. Keeps asking me to select the subscription. when I do a circle spins doesn't even go around one and then nothing.
