Dealer activation of Used Inventory Does not work! The App completed 3 Activations only. Called the Dealer line they said all activations had to be done over the phone with Radio ID. They know the app does not work and they are NOT fixing the problem! Great idea! . . . Sad that it is flawed!

Worthless app. Getting out of the xm promotions biz. It isn't a selling point if the app never seems to recognize a vin or even a radio code. Not in inventory? Get out. Im just going to tell people to look into hd radio or use their smart phones to bluetooth music for free.
Every time I tried to use the app it gives error and asks me to call dealer support. If I wanted to call I would not have downloaded the app.
Rip off woukd never pay 200-400$ year. Bad reception difficult set up. pay are you kidding, maybe $20 year but never a month. Out of your mind. And give me back my FM reception you airwave hogs. Greedy.
I've been working at a Ford store nearly 6 years now and I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Sirius satellite radio. I've NEVER had a phone call that doesn't last at least 30 minutes. Soooooo, I downloaded this app thinking it would finally come smoother....WRONG!!! Two VIN scans and two SID entries, and no go. This is why I tell customers I haven't ever turned on Sirius in my past two personal vehicles. HATE this company and their bs
