unable to copy text from a ticket unable to see if any attachments are in the tickets. unable to view contact information of the person who submitted the ticket unable to go back to ticket to review contents before posting response without loosing all info, You can however copy your response, go back then hit reply again and paste and amend. Unless it's a simply reply, I often have to use the web interface which isn't mobile friendly either. The web application on the other hand "Feature" wise for running a support desk is very good. Mobile support is terrible. however with only 50-100 installs since release, i doubt this will ever get worked on further.
Not bad...room for improvement Not too bad all things considered. If a message is forwarded you cannot view the forwarded content, also can't view attachments. Would be much better and get a better review if these options are added in (even if it's an option)
