Changed phones and now I can't login or register. Keeps saying... Error Something went wrong. Please try gain. I've tried numerous times. Uninstaled and reinstalled app after checking that it was updated. Cleared cache, deleted data... I've tried everything. No joy. ... And I've used it for a while, even recommended to family, friends and colleagues to get it.

Arrival and departure notifications are late and sporadic, location updates too. Route taken is reasonably accurate but sometimes non existent. Arrival and departure times are often identical? As a paid subscriber, I'm not very impressed. ************* Just over a month later, an update on my earlier review. Up side... Namola support is great, they contacted me very quickly to try to resolve my issues. Down side... The issues haven't gone away, actually got worse at times... can't add more.....

I am still unhappy about them tracking my location in the background, storing it, and me having no way to disable it. The emergency contact feature is unclear, and the interface is designed in such a way that it nudges you towards live-sharing. That being said, their emergency response is superb and unparalleled. They got SAPS to me in an emergency in less than 10 minutes, with constant follow-ups. They send security when necessary etc etc. When something happens, I have developed the reflex of opening the app, as it is by far the best way to get access to the appropriate emergency response. People who have seen me use the app, and saw the way Namola coordinates assistance, immediately downloaded the app after. I absolutely recommend the app to anyone. I hope they will take any privacy concerns seriously in future, as their explanation right now is not waterproof.
