Changed phones and now I can't login or register. Keeps saying... Error Something went wrong. Please try gain. I've tried numerous times. Uninstaled and reinstalled app after checking that it was updated. Cleared cache, deleted data... I've tried everything. No joy. ... And I've used it for a while, even recommended to family, friends and colleagues to get it.

horrible experience, the app keeps login me out, imagine for the whole emergency app, everytime you have to login and worst part 💔 is that it doesn't even send the opt code, even if you request or opt that they call and give you the code. the primary function of the app is to have the app track you 24/7 so that should you need emergency attention you just unlock your phone, press the app which i advise to put on. your home screen so that there are few clicks. am considering canceling it

Emergency response is quick but that's it. None of the live family tracking ever works, despite giving all the correct permissions. Always says "No recent updates". Not worth the money. Either stick with the free version or use something else more reliable like Family 360.
