Horrible! Just like what others said... This app won't let you log-in when trying to submit a purchase. What's the point? Use the browser version instead. I uninstalled.
Loved the redesigned app but can't give more the 3 Thought they were on to something looking at ui redesign bit this is super awful as others mentioned .. doesn't hold signing in.. always logs out and too slow to respond..such awful experience.. Gap r u listening???
Launching delay The app takes a long time to launch which takes away my patience. Show reduce app launch delay.
Ok for shopping, nonfunctional for checking on past orders. I wanted to like this app. It's generally very pleasant to use; however, there's a bug that makes it impossible to pull up past orders or check the status of current orders. When you attempt to access the "Orders & Returns" section, it prompts you to log in, which would be fine except that when you enter your info, the app thanks you for logging out. Repeated attempts to log in all result in logging out. Very frustrating. Please, Gap, fix your app. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5 on T-Mobile.
I read the reviews and thought this possibly couldn't be that bad. They were unfortunately correct. App doesn't even load. Do yourself a favor and use the mobile site.
Still Terrible...Dumpster fire of an app. This app doesn't synch with the broswer site and won't let me login to see my credit card account. Can't see rewards either. Mobile experience is evidence of an overall wayward, iconic U.S. brand. UPDATE: 20-Feb-2016. This app is still terrible. Login screen takes user back to login screen. Unable to view order. App needs a total overhaul. UPDATE: 14-Apr-2016. It's clear Gap isn't monitoring these reviews because there has been no improvement in performance or customer experience. Uninstalling in 3...2...1
