Please fix the launch. I was ready to spend a pretty penny on some jeans when it took 12 minutes to launch the app, which is outrageous. HUGE DESIGN FLAW. Launching an application should be seamless and responsive; and sadly this was surprisingly not coming from a very respected brand. Until this annoyance is fix in a new update i'll take my business elsewhere, and so should everyone else.
Very slow It works very slow, I had to change my password 5 times already, the system doesn't tell you what's wrong with your attempt, turns out you can't leave a space after your username, so every time I was going to log on it would ask for the username on one page, then go to a different page for the password without telling you that the username doesn't match the data, so I had to change it again and again.. it once took me a half hour to make a stupid payment.. frustrating...
Too slow!! I would love to use the app, but I can't watch the screen loading all the time..spent 5 minutes trying and still wouldn't load. Yes, all my other apps work just fine.
Tooooo Sloooowwww Is this dial up or what? Takes 5 min to look at one top. Not impressed. The old apps were way better or more compatible with my phone (samsung galaxy s6).
Always loading Very frustrated with app. On several occasions app just continuously loads. Missed out and several promos because unable to check out. Had 60+ items in cart. Tried to uninstall and reinstall with no improvement.
Loved the redesigned app but can't give more the 3 Thought they were on to something looking at ui redesign bit this is super awful as others mentioned .. doesn't hold signing in.. always logs out and too slow to respond..such awful experience.. Gap r u listening???
