Really? They need a new developer for both app and website. Super slow, pages don't load not user friendly at all. Guess I'll have to just go in. Smh
Takes too long This app sucks. It's like they tried to cram everything from their website into an app and it just spins and spins to get to the next page. Adding something to your registry is painfully long. Their developers need to hold some focus groups or something to work out the bugs
Pages don't load This app is so frustrating! I use it to look at my registry and it takes forever to load, it doesn't show half the images, and if I try to click into one of the items I just get the spinny wheel and the page never loads. The app needs an update to fix the issues!
Website issues translate into app. C'MON, BBRUS GUYS AND GALS... On the BBRUS mobile website, on every mobile device I've used, the search function and certain page loads will repeat 3 times before progressing to the next page / search results. This is obviously brought upon by whatever "engine" drives their site. This is why the app, a slight improvement over the website, does the exact same thing. BBRUS has speed issues that are deeper than a superficial app. If they were addressed and streamlined, EVERYTHING would run so much better. The R.O.I. would be FANTASTIC.
Only real issue My only issue is that the product videos never show up. I only get audio and no video. Galaxy S5.
Ridiculously slow and cumbersome I can't wait to finally close our registry. This app is dumb with its constant switching between website and the slow wait with the spinning wheel, and then the constant resigning into the registry. Waste of time!
