Slow, poor user experience Tried to create a wish list in the store and scan Christmas gifts. It took forever, probably 20-30 mins. I logged in, but the wish list requires that you create a separate account. My child already had been through the store by the time i got it created, and we had to backtrack. Tried scanning bar codes, but the function doesn't work. Had to manually key in every product in the wish list. All the while, really really slow. You have to be really dead set on toys r us. Even Walmart is more user friendly.
Horrible app I downloaded this app in order to finish my wishlist in the store. Despite all the negative comments I decided to download it anyways. I could not get the scanner to work. Then when I tried looking for something today I was unable to find it. This app needs to be fixed so that it works properly. If I could give it their 0 Stars I would!!
Soooooo slow Quite possibly the worst app ever. It's so slow and laggy I don't even want to shop here because of it. I just use Amazon and best buy for everything. Why not hire someone else who knows how to make an app correctly?
Battery hog I spent 5 minutes on this app and my phone heated up like crazy. I noticed my battery go from 71% to 66% in 5 minutes of use (confirmed in my usage). The lag is real pain as well. Looking for an Xbox live card for a gift was just not happening, and the performance makes me nervous about making a purchase on this app. I don't want to loose my money, and have a nightmare with customer service.
Ugh... Why can't everything be connected? I want to find out my rewards balance and it asks me for a password even though I'm already signed in the main app AND I've already input my rewards number. Ridiculous. Way more complicated than it needs to be.
Messed up! When i am trying to select a product to see more info, the page doesent load, it keeps flashing weird. I would like to shop on this for Christmas gifts, however, i can't because of this problem. Now I'm going to make my purchases elsewhere.
