Ratings and reviews

bought a bar crawl event only to turn up and they knew nothing about the event. extremely difficult to get a refund on the app and if you try to message them it never loads like I have no connection. will be calling to get my money back. very skeptical now as I think they have events that aren't actually legit. horrible experience

The app is easy to use, sorted out the problem logging in, it was something I did incorrectly. However I have another problem. I reviewed I gig I went to 17th April. Now I cannot see my review anywhere. In fact I cannot see any reviews on any bands. Whether it is the app or website; it's the same. How is someone to judge if a band is worth seeing or not if people cannot look at reviews. My review has to be somewhere! Had to knock it down to 1 star to flag it.

Just editing this review as i think i need to now ive seen what skiddle have introduced to the app!! You can now get a refund for upto 72 hour's after purchase which i think is great addition myself. Ive never needed to refund any ticket's as ive attended everything ive brought but to add this for other's who might need it or i might in the future is great!!! Kudos to skiddle!!!
