Text is wonky and fluctuate page to page. Severely limited to copy text for notes and no screenshot ability makes this suck for work book club. Not sure what we are paying for access to their library but it is not money well spent.
The app is so slow navigating from one page to the next. Just trying to browse books and add them to my list is a hugely time-consuming process. Kind of ironic since some of the books that I'm looking at are on managing time.
Content is good. App can be slow, yet comparable to the website. App won't rotate to landscape mode on my Moto g5 plus. App gets stuck on transition back to skillsoft home screen every other time, I have to kill the app and reopen to continue.
Every screen takes an age to load regardless of how good my 4g or WiFi connection is. The content is good but that's pointless if it takes so long to even do a search. I'm based in Ireland so my assumption is you only have servers in the US, you need to sort this out.
Logged in but never able to past through the choose your interests page. And your team are not really addressing these issues seriously. Last update was on 9th August? Keep your customers waiting. Excellent, boy!
App is slow loading books and it hangs half the time when trying to open a book or when going back to the main menu. A lot more work is still needed.
