GREAT STARTER APP Watched the exercises all the way through, I have scheduled everyday at 10 am for morning workout. Have had many spinal surgeries and getting tired of sitting around waisting away. Need to lose weight, would like recommendations for warm up exercises to really make it worth my while. Have Horners Bernard Syndrome, herniate cervical disk and cartilage replacement surgery with pins. Had lumbar cartilage replacement, with pins, and think this is an: at my own pace workout. Will keep informed and let others know if it works.
Super duper Awesome learn't some additional exercise techniques to add to my military P.T. Would recommend it to aspiring weight losers or fitness nuts like me.
It's pretty good. I wish there were more body areas covered in the free version. I'd like something for my mouse damaged
Cool app Easy steps, reminds you to work out. You go at your own pace its pretty neat. It also encourages you so seems like your working out wuth someone.
I can feel the holiday junk food splurge being eliminated from my body! Down unders are the worse but I know I'll appreciate them when I get good results!
