The app works but it's in Norwegian (even though my language is set to English in my profile) so I have to use Google translate a lot. Lot of the info that should be in the app itself like which slopes are open etc. are not...they direct you to their website which is kinda annoying and takes time to load. It'd also have been nice to have a map of the resort in the app with GPS so that I could see where I am and where to go. Edit: The bug was fixed and the app now works in English

The old app had some glitches but this app, at least initially, was really bad for those of us with kids key cards to track as well as our own. Have contacted support and they were very helpful with fixing our account and at the time all our keycard IDs weren't visible in the app but now they are, under profile, so well done to Skimore for fixing that.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the new app. Based on your review, it seems like the app is not meeting your expectations.
Regarding Keycard ID's, this is now available in latest version (published 16th Jan.). We are now showing ID of active Keycard for each membership participant.

I can't see any place on the app where there will be information about the conditions and the number of people on the slopes/capacity. Where's the live cam? Where's the slopes maps? I can see some slopes opened yesterday, do I have to go into the website to work out which ones they are? Is it so difficult to have a map in the app? Hopefully less buggy than the last app, but this new one seems pretty limited and all about shopping, no inflation for skiers.

Hi Natalie, sorry to see you are disappointed with the experience. As you correctly observed, we have decided to move information related to each resort into the website. We are always looking to improve, and really appreciate the feedback! The app. will evolve, and maybe some of this information will find its way back into the app.
