The app freezes, and it requires restarting the phone at least once a day, more times than I've ever done. My other apps work as normal

Signed up for an account 3 days ago but still can't access the app. Because when I tried to, it says I needed to have a registration code... Which I already have been sent 2 of. But apparently that's not good enough and I had to request yet another through the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. It's not extra security as I can already access my account through online so this rigamarole to get into the app is a waste of time. Edit, I'm now fully locked out of my account. Wish I hadn't joined.

Trying to withdraw for medical.payments. round in circles until locked out of account. No response as not open Sundays, no one to assist... Very poor app....😡
