Since updating to the new app, I've lost at least half the functionality I had before. Just tried adding a new withdrawal account to my profile and can't do it. It can only be done via computer, but requires a verification code from the app. Easy on the old version, but can't be done on the new one! The online instructions still reference the old app to add to the frustration. Don't update to the new app. It is nowhere near ready!

Really poor, any significant transactions need to be done via 'Skipton Online' which never recognises my password and then asks me to generate a passcode via the app which says it can't as it's 'not registered to this device' and you're then stuck in a loop...

Great most of the time, though some things have to be done via web page, e.g. setting up nominated account for withdrawals. Completely blocks you from using app from some countries, in particular Morocco. Leaves user with no way to communicate e.g. maturity instructions.
