Sorry to say, but I find the Skipton app to be pretty sh1te. I've spent ages trying to change my login details. I'm told they're wrong by the app, but which item is wrong? I guess, it's the wrong element. I'm then not (unlike with almost every other app I use) able to choose to view the password I have typed (essential when you're using a smartphone). Eventually, one gives up and calls and speaks to a friendly and helpful agent (Hussain), who talks one through it. A lot of time was wasted!

Can't get statements. It doesn't log your device after downloading the app, like most other banks do, you have to physically log in online to register the device. You have to log in online to do anything but if you forget your password you're screwed because the way they verify you is through the app, but only if you've physically logged in online and registered the device. Such ridiculous logic! Poor interface.

This app is awful. It's a miracle if it works and you're able to complete what you're trying to do. I constantly receive error message after error message. The app is full of bugs & does not work properly. I've just tried to pay money into my account & been told that there is no Internet connection, despite being able to do multiple other things online. The app was down completely for a period of days recently. It's shocking. I will be looking to move to other bank who can support me properly.
