Solid platform but the app lacks basic features. As of March 2025, I can't zoom in on photos posted in the group, which feels bizarre to be typing out right now.. You can't swipe between photos, you have to use the barely visible buttons to go one direction or the other. I would like for videos to keep playing in the background with the screen locked. It's enough to listen to some content without video, but the app doesn't support that. I am learning a lot and hope to see the app improve

Why does it glitch out when I'm writing a message? Literally can't type, can't copy to start over, or can't load an image 40% of the time. A simple message or reply that should at most consume 10 to 30secs of my life turns into several minutes. To the point I just don't send a message unless I absolutely have to. It's not worth the struggle. This has gotten much worse with the most recent update. Fantastic job enhancing the user experience. 👌 It's mostly read only at this point.

I was charged immediately upon the expiry of 14 day eye wash free subscription without a reminder or warning. Also was charged $12.70 instead of the advertised $9.90. I was just exploring and working out with few things including the title which was not even properly selected. I'm unable to contact customer service to proceed further. I want my subscription to be cancelled and debited amount refunded until I'm ready to go ahead. Definitely will pass negatively if not attended to immediately.
