Seems to be working for me! Unfortunately, when you select a store and click "flavors" it just takes you to the main flavors sectuon, where they have ALL of their flavors, NOT just the ones available at the selected location at that time. So I'm not sure why that feature is even offered on the app, unless my store just isn't on the app yet... But I AM seeing my smile reward count, and it added the $5 reward to my account! Yay!

I think it sucks that you go into a store, they hype up the rewards program but neglect to tell you that an app is required to use the rewards. Seems like there's no way to collect on my $5 in rewards I've already earned from my visits. If there's a way to register & use this program without an app, I'll use it but if the app is required just keep it. I have too many apps on my phone already & don't have room for another one for a yogurt shop I occasionally visit.

Disappointed in this app. Could be great but too many issues. I entered a payment credit card and it was saved but when I go to purchase a gift card I am directed to create a payment account. Isn't that what I did when I gave you my credit card info the first time? So I go to my credit card page and see everything is saved except the 3 digit code. I enter that and get an error message saying required fields are blank. Ugh. If the app can't do this I don't think I trust it to send someone a card.
