Seems to be working for me! Unfortunately, when you select a store and click "flavors" it just takes you to the main flavors sectuon, where they have ALL of their flavors, NOT just the ones available at the selected location at that time. So I'm not sure why that feature is even offered on the app, unless my store just isn't on the app yet... But I AM seeing my smile reward count, and it added the $5 reward to my account! Yay!

Disappointed in this app. Could be great but too many issues. I entered a payment credit card and it was saved but when I go to purchase a gift card I am directed to create a payment account. Isn't that what I did when I gave you my credit card info the first time? So I go to my credit card page and see everything is saved except the 3 digit code. I enter that and get an error message saying required fields are blank. Ugh. If the app can't do this I don't think I trust it to send someone a card.

I have earned 5 dollars (according to cashier at my local menchies) but because this new app is required now to use that credit at menchies it is useless. For 2 days now I have tried to create an account. Keeps saying system encountered a problem or doesn't even load at all. I don't know why we have to use an app now to gain access to our rewards. The app doesn't seem to work and because of that I couldn't use the $5 earned towards my purchase yesterday.
