App had previous worked great, but recently, I have found it nearly impossible to use at my nearest location. The hours are correct, the store is open, I can create an order for pickup, but when I go to check out, it always say "Online ordering is not available at this time. Please try again later." That error is completely unhelpful, and calling a store gets nowhere. I miss out on a lot of rewards as a result, since I can't scan for rewards in person or add points after the fact.

Simple to use, easy layout! Food was great, as always!! 🧡 You seriously need to assign order numbers and call them out when ready, plus text ready for app orders. The line was insane last time I used app, absolutely NO WAY to know YOUR order is ready when everyone orders the same! You STILL have to wait in line to inquire! They simply couldn't keep up with the orders and I went close to closing when its usually not busy. I deducted a star due to this.

I can't even USE the app. I keep trying to register/sign up, waiting up to an hour to get the confirmation code text to actually make an account. Still can't do anything in the app. I have tried this. Multiple times. And have still never got ONE code, after triple checking my phone number, juuust in case I made an error. But still, nope. Doesn't work at all.
