Had a good experience using Skoot! They show the price you're going to pay beforehand, so you don't have to negotiate or pay too much for your scooter. The whole process was smooth, and they also assist you on WhatsApp in case you have any questions. Some places need a deposit, some places don't. On the places that need a deposit, you can choose to either leave your passport, or pay the deposit. I paid it, and got refunded straightaway after returning the scooter.
