Bluetooth connection fails In the app, Bluetooth connection fails for each earbud. Outside of the app, I'm able to pair, but the volume channels are swapped (left and right).
Sometimes it pair susecfully, but had to try several times, volume is way too low , I bought them for work but only use them in my house so I can hear my music. Very disappointed
Works perfectly for what it claims to do. Moto Z Play on 7.0 for what it's worth.
Buds won't pair dock stopped working Skybuds show up in pair then don't communicate. Did the 15 sec reset still won't pair. Skydock was working for 15 min then no more blue light. That seems to be broken now. I followed the verbal and written instructions from the online manual. I'll be taken them back to Best Buy in the morning.. Too bad!!
Still waiting on 6.0.1 update I'm still waiting to be able to use this app. Its pretty frustrating to just get a message saying "this app has experienced problems with your Android version on Galaxy phones, so you may not use this app." I would be fine if I experienced a few problems with the app instead of just being denied access.
Awesome Have any of you read what the team at skybuds are saying about the samsung phones? I did so at current I'm not using the app and instead connecting directly via Bluetooth. They work exceptionally well and sound amazing. The volume can go high enough to blow your ears off!
