A very clever app! The feature I like the most is the ability to rebalance /correct before the day is over. I've been using Cronometer to track nutrient intake, and with the addition of this app I can precisely adjust my intake *before* the day is over. E For example, if my goal is to lose weight and stay somewhere in Ketosis, I can dial it in with this app. Well done!
Great concept! I think this is too expensive for what you get. I think it would be better if you could set up a profile and it saved your information. I wanted something that will continuously track my daily percentages so I can monitor it and compare each day. Even better would be to add it as you go each day.
Useful but way overpriced! If you're starting the ketogenic diet don't waste your money. Just stock to the macro formula and you WILL be in ketosis. This is useful to a point but not worth $10.
Although this is an extremely simple app, it has been very useful to us. My daughter got recommended to keep a ketosis level of 3 to improve her epilepsy. Because she is 7 years old, she said she would not do blood tests. I was researching how else to make sure she keeps a ketosis level of 3. I got excited when I saw that this app implements the Woodyatt Formula used to successfully cure epilepsy. It's been working for us so far.
Useful App Very useful app especially if you're new to Keto and aren't sure if what your eating is balanced properly. Plug in the fat, protein and carb and it'll give you a rating on your total macros of how ketogenic of a meal it is. The only down side is you need a third party app to get your total fat, protein and carbs. It would be great if they developed a database such as my fitness pal to scan your food get your macros and be done. Otherwise very good app.
Useless app and over priced not worth the money. Better use basic formula and don't waste ur money.
