About this app

With the Adax WiFi app you can control and manage your Adax WiFi heaters directly on your phone. Create schedules to make the heating adapt to your daily routines, Home, Sleep and Away.

⦁ Control heaters on several different locations – Home, Cabin, Office etc.
⦁ Each “home” can be divided in several “rooms” like living room, bedrooms, kitchen etc, with one or several heaters linked to each room.
⦁ Set and adjust temperatures in the app or manually on the thermostat.
⦁ Set up individual scheduling for the week to automatically adjust temperatures when you are Home (comfort temp.) – At night (sleep temp.) and Away (at work or holiday)
⦁ Invite / share access to the account for family members to control the heaters.
⦁ Set “Child lock” for security
⦁ Set Away mode (fixed temperature) when leaving on vacation etc.

Ratings and reviews

This app does not allow you to install heaters with all devices. I struggled really hard and was not able to do it with my S8, I had to use my tablet instead. You have to change your wifi settings on the router because the app needs 2.4 GHz only and will not work if you have 5 GHz on the same name when installing heaters. Once heaters are connected it works on my phone as well. Then it's great and these heaters look great.

I have had an Adax Neo for the last three years. I am very happy with how it performs and the schedule I can create for it in the app. Last month I bought an Eco Basic heater with Bluetooth which can also be used with the app to create a schedule. However, I am extremely disappointed with the application. I've created a schedule multiple times but the app keeps changing the parameters I set to completely different ones. As a result the heater never works the way I need it to.

Some negative reviews here, but I've been using this app with a new Adax heater for about 3 months, it works perfectly. Scheduling works well (although multiple schedules would be good) and I like the data of good many kWh used. Be good if you could enter your electricity tariff rates to convert the kWh into £, possible future feature? Love that it integrates with Google home, means others can operate it without needing the app, although the integration is only on/off and temp, no schedule.
