Period & fertility taken seriously:
OvuView tracks and predicts your period, ovulation and fertility, using sophisticated sympto-thermal methods (STM).
This app can be used both as an advanced birth control tool, or as a simple menstrual calendar, and help you to:
• maximize your chances of conceiving a baby/getting pregnant
• avoid pregnancy using natural methods (contraception),
• plan your next holiday with future menstruation and ovulation dates predicted,
• track weight, headache, appetite, PMS and other symptoms,
• replace sympto-thermal paper charts with a more convenient way of charting.
Based on your cycle symptoms (such as menses, basal body temperature, cervical mucus and/or cervix), OvuView automatically evaluates and charts your fertility using proven natural family planning (NFP) methods. In particular, 4 sympto-thermal (Billings, Rötzer, Konald/Kippley, Cautious), 5 mucus-only (5 Day Dry Up, Döring, 21/20 Days Rule, Last Dry Day, 4/5/6 Day Rule), 3 temperature-only (Marshall, 4HT, 5HT) and 2 calendar methods (Standard Days Method, Calendar Rythm Method) are implemented.
Key features include:
• 14 fertility awareness methods
• tracking many symptoms, taking notes
• calendar view
• advanced chart showing temperature and symptoms
• guiding hints
• educational tips and information about your menstrual cycle and your fertility signs
• cycle statistics
• automatic morning notification to record basal body temperature (BBT)
• data backup/restore
• data import from ‘My Days’, ‘WomanLog Calendar’ and ‘Fertility Friend’
• color themes
• demo mode (giving you a glimpse of what the app is capable of in the long run)
Pro features include:
• password protection
• 2 widgets (discrete + cycle wheel)
• multicolor symptoms
• cycle and method management
• emailing spreadsheet data and chart images for doctor review
• backup to email/dropbox
• user-defined custom symptoms
• notifications (menses, ovulation)
• temperature chart coverline
• fullscreen mode in chart
• pregnancy mode

Perfect Updating my review: I've been using it for more than 3 years, it's just brilliant. Simple, user friendly, full translation to my native language. Beautiful widget! Really love it. I switched my phone, transferred all the data with my email, very easy. Thank you!

I've tried a lot of fertility apps, and this one is my favorite by far, for a few reasons: 1. This app has an Avoid Pregnancy mode. Many fertility apps only have a mode for trying to conceive, and explicitly state that they can't be relied upon for pregnancy avoidance. 2. There are multiple methods that are used to calculate/predict your fertile/infertile periods, and if you get the pro version ($5), you can adjust which methods are active based on your cycle's particular quirks. And it will actually tell you on each method how applicable it is to your cycle history. 3. The interface is just plain easy to read. It either tells you you're fertile, you're not, or not enough information has been tracked for a prediction yet. The one frustrating thing that I've read about (and am currently experiencing) is that until you've tracked enough cycles (I think 6), it gives a very high estimate of your fertile days to be safe, but the same is probably true of any pregnancy avoidance method.

Love this! Fertility Friend's website taught me to chart and I'll always consider them slightly more accurate, but I found their app slow and clunky. Plus it required internet to properly use (makes sense because it sends your stats to your account). This app is a wonderful offline tool and I love how smoothly it runs. Visually, it's a simpler and much more attractive looking app than FF. Easy to keep up with my symptoms when I have it at my fingertips all the time.

Excellent Tracking Tool This app has been made with an amazingly high level of attention to detail. It's beautiful and very easy to use. Perfect as a tracking tool. Be aware that it's not meant as an educational tool; I would recommend learning about tracking fertility signs / natural family planning methods (e.g. Fertility Awareness Method) in addition to or before using this app.

love it I had an issue with my info not going on my new phone, I emailed them and they took care of it. so this app is great

Love it! I have been an upgraded member for yrs now, and everything about the app is wonderful, except for the fact that if you get a new phone all of your tracking is lost. I was lucky though because I still had my old phone available, so I manually placed the previous 6 months into the new phone (I had yrs of info, but that would have been way too time consuming) please fix that ovuview. Your app is great! I just hope that there's a way to save info in the cloud Update-thanks for the info ovuview! I now know

Hello Breonna, you should have contacted us before doing the manual data transfer - that must have been disaster! Especially if you are a paying customer, you could easily send your data via email. Even if you are not a paying customer, there are ways how to move your data seamlessly. We are now also working on a cloud-based data storage. Almost perfect Although its an awesome app i didnt used to have any transfer data problems until this last cell change. It seems i've lost almost 3-4 years of data 😢. Guess ill have to start it all over again ....

Hi Isabel, could you please contact us at ovuview at sleekbit dot com? We should be able to find your data on our backup servers. Great app! I've been using this app for the last 5 years and I like it. Helped me plan my pregnancy in 2011 and now it's useful for keeping track of my period.
Great app but still missing multi-phone sync and the widget in higher resolution can be welcome also
Sleekbit 4 September 2015
Hello Josef, multi-phone sync is now being implemented. Sleekbit 4 September 2015
Hello Ashleigh, presuming you have paid featuers enabled, please go to 'Cycles' and set current cycle mode to 'Pregnancy'. I love it a lot! I've used this app about 5 months until I get pregnancy. Just wondering why I cannot access paid version for the next step?
Sleekbit 10 September 2015
Hi, may I please ask you what do you mean by 'for the next step'? Please, respond to ovuview at sleekbit dot com.
Hacked? Someone else is filling in data. There should be an option to reset and/or password protect.
Sleekbit 11 September 2015
Jessica, this is a demo mode. OvuView cannot be hacked, because the data is not stored in a cloud. Your device, is yours.
Great app if you aren't switching phones anytime soon This app definitely take some time to get used to, but once you figure it out it's really great for keeping track of a lot of different things. However it does not save any information in the cloud which is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. I got a new phone and none of my information transferred for the last year and I lost everything :-(

Angela, please contact us at ovuview at sleekbit dot com. We might be able to find your data on our backup servers. Useful after practice This app takes some getting used to in order to use it properly but if you persist it is an excellent ovulation tracker. A tutorial or something may help. The current tips are not aimed at using the app.
Not working properly I've been using this application since November 2014 and I've paid for the upgraded services but when I got a new phone, it didn't populate with the new data. The new phone doesn't have an SD slot. The info didn't load from the Google store even though I paid from there. I'm going to request a refund. I went from Samsung S4 to S6.

Hello Elle, please contact us at ovuview at sleekbit dot com. We will try to find your data as well as provide a procedure for reactivating your paid features.
Charting help, PCOS I'm not understanding how to track my temperature, and am wondering how this app will work with someone who has PCOS. Any tips? Need help! I feel like a tutorial would be helpful, also can't change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
Sleekbit 30 July 2015
Hello Ally, temperature scale can be changed in preferences.
Reliable and easy to use I have been using it for nearly two years, very satisfacted! Just be carefull when you are sick, the app doesn't seem to consider that and counts your ill high temps as ovulation. great look and very easy to set up, it also explains every method in case you have any doubts. Just got the premium version. The only missing option is an automatic sync between all your devices
Sleekbit 24 August 2015
Hello, if you sick you can still note down the temperature. But do not forget to mark it as invalid. Love this app. Have used it for a few years. Only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact I cannot restore the data from my old device! It was backed up onto my sd, which I have put into my new phone, but it doesn't recognise the backup. Sending it from the old device isn't an option as it has hard bricked and I can't fix that . At least 3 years of tracking info, gone. Thanks, will contact today.
Sleekbit 23 July 2015
Hello Kearsten, please contact us at ovuview at sleekbit dot com, hopefully we will be able to find your data on our backup servers.
Disappointing customer support! Have got a paid version and cannot use the app because the first cycle after having a baby can only be 150 days and after that the app is lost. Tried to contact customer support but they never replied!
Sleekbit 27 July 2015
Hello, we have received your email on 13th of July and replied the same date. Please, check your inbox and/or spam folder! Almost great I love this app. It is customizable and works great for just about any NFP method. The widgets are just right and I love how it allows tracking of so many different symptoms. My complaints are that there is no option to manually begin a new cycle. Postpartum use can be frustrating when I have to keep inputting phantom menses and throwing off the accuracy of my symptoms. Also, it needs ability to sync between devices. That would make it a five star app.
Sleekbit 17 August 2015
Hello Jennifer, the cloud sync is just being implemented. It will be part of the next major OvuView release.
No ovulation days I like the app but despite using it since March I never shows my ovulation days only when I'm fertile. I might be missing something but I can't figure it out.
Sleekbit 21 July 2015
Hello Gemma, it might be that you are not tracking fertility symptoms (temperature and/or mucus). For further details please contact us at ovuview at sleekbit dot com. Very accurate, NO PERMISSIONS!!! I've been "test driving" more than half a dozen period tracking apps. I know when I'm fertile; I just wanted help keeping track of things, especially when I have to see the dr. Pregnancy mode is boring!
Sleekbit 24 August 2015
Hello Mendip, the features you are requesting are already there. Regarding day numbering: the cycle wheel as well as calendar and chart contains cycle day number. For cycle comparison go to 'cycles' screen from the main menu. OvuView is also able to provide the statistics you are requesting - just go to 'statistics' from the menu.
Backup doesn't work I've tried backing the data up multiple times but it did not work. That makes it incredibly inconvenient for switching to a new phone.
Sleekbit 17 August 2015
Hello Matthew, what exactly does not work when backing up your data? Please send us an email to ovuview at sleekbit dot com.
Trouble switching phones with premium I have had ovuview for about four years and paid for premium twice BC of switching phones in the past. I just switched again to a droid turbo which has no SD card. I see people being referred to ovuview at sleekbit . com to get email contact info. All I could find under contact info on that page is a barcode. Can I please get an actual email contact or customer service number to this application developer? Thank you.
Sleekbit 24 August 2015
Hello Audrey, each developer on Google Play Store has it's contact email. Our - sleekbit's - contact email is contact (or ovuview) at sleekbit dot com.
Lost My Data I have been using this app for about 2 years. When I switched cell phones, all of my data was lost. I'm very disappointed.
